License Agreement

You as a photographer or designer are well aware the internet has been a blessing as well as a curse. The investment of time in camera equipment, computers, training & other details is costly. Then to have your work pirated and basically "stolen" is frustrating.
We believe that the Graphic Authority designs are artwork as well as an individuals images. We recently uncovered a scam on EBAY in which pirated copies of our products were sold along with MamaShan & Craig's actions. The FBI has been called in and charges will be pressed. If you received any copies of this software please contact our customer service at 888-856-7840.

Graphic Authority Royalty-Free End User License Agreement
Under the standard royalty free license any element, template, frame or otherwise may be used for private and professional applications.
Applications may include advertising and promotional materials, print publications or any other uses approved by Graphic Authority in writing. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are specifically reserved to Graphic Authority.
Graphic Authority Product(s) are licensed with no rights protection on a non-exclusive basis. Graphic Authority provides no rights or warranties regard to the use of names, trademarks, registered or copyrighted designs, elements or works of art depicted or contained in any image in any Product, and you must satisfy yourself that all the necessary rights or consents, as may be required for your use of Product(s), are obtained.
You may provide our templates, as customized by you, to your client with the native files as long as the client does not have the ability to create new derivative works from those files. The files you provide to a cutomer must be flattened from the original PSD format Graphic Authority provides & may not be editable.
For Labs in particular—you may use our templates and design elements for custom in-house use only. You may not use our templates in the Roes (Kiosk) System or any other similar system, which gives customers access to the designs.
You may also use the assets & templates in any print project, such as T-shirts, cards, books, prints, websites, calendars & other printed promotional items.
Graphic Authority products may not be resold without an authorized reseller agreement in place.This includes auction sites & blogs. Used products may be donated to schools or charitable organizations.
Use of a Product in a manner not specifically authorized by this Agreement constitutes an infringement of our licensors' proprietary rights and will subject you to infringement damages of no less than $100,000.
Use of a Product in a manner that is contrary to a restriction stated in this Agreement is prohibited. In addition, you may not post any Product(s) or portion thereof or derived works to newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards in a downloadable format.
Graphic Authority and its licensors own and will retain all copyrights in and to any Product, including any image contained in any Product.
You may not copy, modify, sublicense, sell, distribute or transfer any part of any Product except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthorized copying of the Product. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, sale or distribution is subject to civil and criminal penalties.
