All orders ship within 24 hours. Domestic orders placed by 1pm CST ship same day. (i.e. An Overnight order placed at 12:30pm CST on Thursday, will be delivered on Friday.) For Saturday shipping services, please call, 888-856-7840.

Domestic Priority Mail
Averages 5-7 business days. There is no guarantee on delivery time and no tracking on this service. Priority mail international allow two weeks for delivery.

Fedex FAQs:

  1. When calculating days for delivery, do not count the day shipped. The package moves only from the facility to the FedEx terminal. For example a package shipped on Monday 2nd day air would arrive on Wednesday. (Overnight deliveries are the exception)
  2. FedEx delivers Monday - Friday only, except when Saturday delivery is requested for an extra fee. Therefore if a package takes 5 business days ground, it would be 7 calendar days for delivery.
  3. FedEx will only deliver overnight packages on Saturday. No two day or ground packages are delivered.
  4. Unless Saturday Delivery is requested at an extra fee a package shipped overnight on Friday would arrive on Monday.

Usual service times

  1. Ground—3-5 business days from Des Moines IA ( for example 3 business days from IA to Boston, 5 Business days to California)
  2. 2nd Day Air—2 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days)
  3. Next Day Air—Delivered the next day usually by 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM in rural areas.
  4. "Home Delivery" ships only Tuesday through Saturday—shipping hours are longer on those days than regular ground or express delivery. "Home delivery" is just that—Fedex will not deliver this service to businesses.
